Project Overview
This $16.3 million project expanded plant capacity from 16 mgd to 20 mgd and increased operating efficiency. Work included construction of an influent bypass screen and channel, two secondary clarifiers, a filter influent pumping station and control building, flow control structures, and methanol and ferric chloride feed facilities.
Work also included installation of blowers and controls, conversion of a chlorine contact tank into a UV disinfection basin, replacement of existing sluice gates, and modifications to yard piping and associated appurtenances.
